Join Active Day in Southampton for an exciting session of Trampoline Boogie Bounce. This unique workout takes place on individual trampolines, each equipped with a handlebar for added safety. Led by a qualified instructor, you'll embark on a 20-minute session that will not only enhance your fitness but also provide plenty of laughter and fun with friends. Trampoline fitness is a low-impact exercise that offers numerous benefits, including improved cardio, strength, balance, and coordination. It's an opportunity to feel like a kid again while taking care of your physical well-being. 

To create an immersive experience, the venue will be adorned with UV lights, giving everything a vibrant glow. Arrive before the session begins to select from our range of glow clothing and face or body paint. Anything white or bright that you wear will glow under the UV lights, adding an extra element of excitement to the event. Our Student Ambassadors, easily recognizable in their bright yellow t-shirts, will be on hand to welcome you and assist with choosing glowing accessories or face paint to get you into the spirit of the day.

When attending the session, it is recommended to wear comfortable clothing and footwear. Don't forget to bring a water bottle, as you can fill it up just outside the venue. This Active Day event promises a memorable and enjoyable experience for all, regardless of skill level.
