The Absolute beginners course is for adults who have never learnt to cycle or those returning to cycling after many years.
The session is designed to smoothly take you through the stages of learning to balance and pedal. Learning a new skill is a different experience for everybody, and our instructor will be there to guide you through the process.
What to bring
Please bring your own bicycle* and helmet, and wear comfortable clothes for the activity. You may wish to bring some water or snacks too.
*The bicycle must be in working order. If you have a bike which you think needs a bit of TLC, please bring it along to the Wee Spoke Hub (before the training day) for a free assessment of your bike. 
We cannot make repairs on the day of the session.
If you do not have your own bike or helmet, we 
m
ight
 be able to provide one if a suitable size is available. Please choose the "Request to borrow a bike" add-on when booking and we will contact you.
