 is a nourishing 2-hour gathering to gently honour the transition into autumn — a season of letting go, slowing down, and turning inward. Guided by Ashka; a Yoga Teacher, Reiki master, who also holds a Diploma in Counselling; this sacred space invites you to reconnect with yourself through movement, stillness, and soulful reflection.
Together, we’ll explore:
A grounding, seasonal yoga practice and movement
Reflective journaling and emotional release
Deep rest through Yoga Nidra
Connection with like-minded people in a safe, nurturing circle
Supported by warm tea, seasonal rituals, and a calming atmosphere, this experience is an opportunity to pause, reflect on what you're ready to release, and step into autumn feeling more aligned, clear, and held.

Had my first date here with my partner and we hadthe best time. An amazing aquarium with abeautiful atmosphere, lights and gorgeouscreatures! I love animals and fish and seeing themhere was wonderful. Staff were lovely and veryknowledgeable. The place was clean, easy tonavigate and extremely ambient and beautiful. We went on a Thursday afternoon so was pretty quiet!

One of the best piers in the South of England. There is lots to do with tons of seaside rides, fun arcade games and food. Highly recommend catching the sunset here and if you&rsquo;re lucky you might catch the starlings dancing at dusk, I didn&rsquo;t know they do this and it was the most spectacular striking and stunning natural phenomenon I had seen, it was mesmerising. Highest chances of seeing the starlings dance is between November-March, we visited in early March
