Experience a full body workout at the iconic Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre. Get ready for winter and focus on strengthening your weaknesses with our stair climbing workouts. As the trail running, biking, and hiking season winds down, now is the perfect time to improve your strength and conditioning. In just four months, we will build a solid foundation that will help you run, ride, and hike stronger and injury-free in 2024.
Join us for weekly workouts on alternating Saturday and Sunday mornings. These 75-90 minute sessions will challenge your cardio, strength, and core as you navigate the stairs and bleachers. On warmer days, we'll also include an optional trail run. Our workouts cater to all levels, with modifications available.
Mark your calendars for our special Red Rocks events, including the Ugly Sweater workout on Sunday, December 10th, the New Year's Eve workout on Sunday, December 31st, and the Super Bowl Super Stairs workout on February 12th. Stay tuned for the St. Patty's stair workout in March.
Drop-in for $20 or save with our punch passes. Choose from a 5-punch pass for $75, a 10-class punch pass for $120, or a 20-class punch pass for $200. These punch cards can be used for our Red Rocks workouts as well as other year-round fitness programs like March Hill Madness, pilates/yoga, and fitness paddles.
