Cycle confident with Preston Pedals is an event designed to help individuals enhance their cycling skills and ride with greater confidence. This session will take place at the scenic Moor Park in Preston. Participants will gather outside the Rosemary Cafe on Moor Park Avenue. Expert instructors will guide small groups of cyclists around the park, focusing on important aspects such as proper sitting position and adjusting saddle height. They will also provide guidance on essential safety checks to be carried out before embarking on any cycling journey. The session will entail cycling in pairs, turning right and left, as well as setting off and stopping safely. Additionally, participants will have the opportunity to practice these skills in small groups along the park's paths. To ensure a smooth experience, refreshments will be provided. It is important to note that spaces are limited, and we kindly request that only individuals who are committed to attending book their spot for this event.
