This practice-intensive workshop provides instructional leaders with the tools to deliver high quality training and to drive results. Our in-person Train the Trainer workshops are two 8-hour days of training that include cycles of video study and reflection, technique study, and practice. Spalding (Spire Chamber Ensemble and Baroque Orchestra) and renowned singers of Spire. Conductors will have the rare opportunity to conduct the Spire Chamber Ensemble, one of America’s renowned professional choral ensembles comprised of some of the finest musicians in the United States. We can’t wait to see you at Union Station for an enriching and enjoyable experience! Wednesday, June 11th will kick off with an energizing welcome to set the stage for the summit. Leaders will join small cohorts for facilitated community-building activities designed to establish goals, foster collaboration, and maximize the benefits of the Ecsell Coaching Community through peer support. Before lunch, the entire group will convene to hear from keynote speaker Erin Diehl, who will present exclusive new research and best practices on Radical Empathy and how to create a culture of selfless leadership. In the afternoon, participants will have the opportunity to attend three breakout courses, allowing them to tailor their schedules to address specific coaching needs and challenges. In the evening, all attendees will have the opportunity to attend the Royals/Yankees game for a networking night out. Transportation, tickets, food and drink will be provided! Thursday, June 12th will be filled with dynamic learning experiences led by industry experts in various formats. Leaders will connect during sessions focused on creativity, mindfulness, problem-solving, and more. In the afternoon, keynote speaker Mike Buddie will guide attendees on how to create their unique coaching blueprint that will transform thier leadership impact. To make the most of the Coaching Effect Summit agenda, attendees should plan to arrive on Tuesday evening and depart on Thursday afternoon or Friday morning. This summer, we’re excited to expand our offerings for young artists. In addition to Camp Kemper for ages 6-9, we’re introducing Modern Makers, a NEW program for ages 10-13 ! This program featuring hands-on creative projects inspired by the themes and artworks currently on view at the Kemper Museum of Contemporary Art. These three-day camps take place Wednesday through Friday from 1:30–3:30 p.m. and are led by a Kemper Museum educator. The theme for Week 1 ( June 11-June 13) is Pop Culture Playground , inviting campers to experiment with small-scale sculpture and other activities inspired by the museum's permanent collection and current exhibitions , including Stan Douglas: Metronome , Riffs on Real Time , and more! Kemper Museum's three-day camps now have a $75 registration fee . This fee was set in place to help sustain and improve the quality of the program as well as cover resources that continue to make camp an enriching experience for kids. The Kemper team has worked hard to keep the cost as affordable as possible and is offering full scholarships for those who need them.
