Keynote Speaker: Matt Hasby: Matt is a retired Navy SEAL, combat leader, and Leadership Instructor at Echelon Front. He served twice as an instructor for the West Coast Training Detachment, as a member of JSOC, and a leader at SEAL Team Five. During his 21-year career, his deployments included various locations in the Middle East, Iraq, Afghanistan, and Southeast Asia. In 2006 Matt deployed to Ar Ramadi, Iraq as a member of SEAL Team Three’s Task Unit Bruiser. Matt served as a sniper, breacher, and secondary point-man opposite “American Sniper” Chris Kyle in Charie platoon, under the leadership of Leif Babin. Matt took part in some of the fiercest fighting in Ramadi and saw firsthand how instrumental good leadership is on the battlefield. Some of his more perilous experiences in Ramadi are also featured in the book Extreme Ownership.

How it works:
1. You can start at any time you wish – this is a self-guided scavenger hunt.
2. The duration of each hunt is 1.5 to 2 hours.
3. Visit our website to purchase tickets.
4. Download our Let's Roam app from the Play Store or App Store. Register and redeem the tickets there to get started.
5. The app will guide you throughout the tour and the challenges you need to accomplish!

PREREQIUISTE: **Demonstrated pistol handling and firearms safety skills.
The NRA Defensive Pistol course is offers advanced shooting capabilities to supplement State CCW training, Personal Protection in the Home and Personal Protection Outside the Home courses. It was created to develop the knowledge, skills, and attitude necessary to carry and use a concealed pistol ethically, responsibly, and with confidence.
After attending this course, students will be able to explain and demonstrate the following:
• Applying NRA Rules for safe gun handling when carrying concealed firearms
• Firing accurately from non-standard shooting positions
• Incorporate principles of concealment and cover
• Safe and effective holster draw techniques
• Accurate rapid fire skills while in motion
• Emergency and Tactical reloading
• Clearing of common handgun stoppages
• Engaging multiple targets from concealment and cover

This course is designed to supplement Personal Protection in the Home and Personal Protection Outside the Home curriculums.
**A basic level of pistol handling skills are required. Therefore, the prerequisite for this course is either

Join The Association of Service Dog Providers in St. Louis, Missouri, for the 2025 National Service Dogs for Veterans Conference. This premier event invites service dog trainers, non-profit leaders, and professionals in the veteran and first responder service industry to come together for two full days of professional development, best practices sharing, and insightful discussions with VA leadership and Veteran Service Organizations (VSOs).
Association members invite all non-members, collaborative organizations, and professionals seeking a deeper understanding of the veteran and first responder service dog industry. This year’s conference will focus on key areas such as dog training, veteran and first responder training, mental health, suicide prevention, and administration. Attendees will have ample opportunities to network and engage in meaningful development.
In addition to the conference, we’re offering valuable pre-conference workshops, including a one-day workshop on Cynopraxic Training and the LIMA Principle with Steven Lindsay, as well as certifications in PetTech CPR & First Aid and Mental Health First Aid.
ASDP’s National Service Dog Standards, first established in November 2016, will also be available for download at
www.servicedogsforvets.org
.
Your ticket includes lunch for both days and an opening night reception to kick off the event.
Room rate at connecting hotel Embassy Suites is $179 per night.
