With a limited capacity of 30 competitors split into 2 flights during 1 session, participants will adhere to APL rules using a combo rack and power bar for squats and bench presses, and a deadlift bar for deadlifts. Weigh-ins will take place from 7:30AM to 8:30AM, followed by the lifting session at 9:30AM. Entries will close 4 weeks prior to the event or once all 30 spots are filled, with a waitlist available. Attire for the competition is flexible, though form-fitting outfits are recommended for better judging accuracy. Weight classes will not be in effect, but top male and female lifters will be awarded based on DOTS points. Spectators are welcome for a $5 admission fee to witness the exciting displays of strength.
