About the

s
:
More than a decade ago,
Maureen
's venture into mindfulness began with the discovery of meditation and Yoga. It was only a few years back that she encountered Breathwork during a period marked by grief and existential questioning. This profound practice facilitated the processing of deeply rooted emotions, ones she wasn't consciously aware of, ultimately bringing in a profound sense of peace.
Today as a trauma-informed anxiety-relief and Breathwork practitioner, her intention is to help as much as she can to bring the same sense of relief to others. Whether you are struggling with stress, anxiety, or simply feel overwhelmed by the demands of modern life, Maureen is here to support you. Her approach is founded on the principles of compassion, non-judgment, and trust.
Juliana
, the founder of Savasana, is a Breathwork facilitator and Reiki/Seichem energy healer that has a deep passion to guide individuals on their path towards healing and self-improvement. Her calling to create Savasana was ignited during her time
spent
in Bali, where she immersed herself to work through her anxieties and past traumas. After discovering the power of Breathwork and meditation, and the profound impact it had on her life; she discovered her purpose was to bring the essence of Bali to Vancouver through a more accessible &
mainstream
approach, and create a safe space for individuals break through their barriers, let go, find release, and experience healing.
