The Bordeaux Quais Dance Festival (Festival Dansons sur les Quais) is a major summer dance event, held annually at the Bordeaux Quais by the Dansons sur les Quais association. Since 2004, the event has attracted thousands of dancers, amateurs, and curious onlookers to gather around the huge wooden dance floor erected on Place de Munich—opposite Esplanade des Quinconces. For nearly three weeks, the festival offers free introductory dance classes daily, covering a wide range of dance styles (rock, salsa, chizumba, tango, bachata, street dance, traditional dances, etc.), followed by large-scale themed dance evenings organized by various Bordeaux dance schools and associations. This free, popular, and cohesive event has become an unmissable part of the Bordeaux summer.

Founded in 2016, FAB is a multidisciplinary arts festival that aims to promote the diverse forms of contemporary writing—performance, dance, theatre, music, and visual arts—emphasizing a hybrid and unclassifiable approach.
