Sanda Youth age 15 – 17 (male and female)
Sanda Adults age 18 – 40 (male and female)
Qingda Youth age 15 – 17 (male and female)
Qingda Adults age 18 – 50 (male and female)

Entrance: from M25 down Chorleywood Rd (A404) towards Rickmansworth, for 1.3 miles - Turn left immediately after Pelican crossing.
Free Parking inside . Then follow signs for event at the sports centre ( 5 min pedestrian walk)
