Introduction This 3-day Circle will be a resourcing and regenerative community helping you – as leaders, change makers and professionals – realign with your true purpose and potential, and the flow of work that wants to come through you. Each time we step into the field, this alignment process reveals itself, serving all those systems that sit within our wider context. A key part of systemic leadership is creating communities of belonging (temporary or ongoing) that build courage, and are resourcing, transformational and regenerative. The 3-day Circle takes place at beautiful Hawkwood in Gloucestershire, and can be attended either residentially or non-residentially. The circle will be intimate and limited in size. Format The retreat will use a constellation lens to help you explore a core challenge or question of your choice – whether that is vocational, professional or organisational. There will be little predetermined input, other than what’s needed to create a safe and loving container. Rather, very simply, we will use this lens to help participants: Clarify a challenge or core question you wish to explore, and your heart’s desire or desired outcome in relation to that question Connect to your true purpose and potential, and the flow of work that wants to come through you Illuminate and transform those patterns that stand in the way – whether they come from past or present organisational systems, or your family system Strengthen you, so that you can bring forward and co-create what is ‘yours to do’ Who can come? We are so excited to be sharing Chapter Two and would love for you to join us for our next inspiring and informal evening at The Stroud Hotel Chapter Two is simply a place where you can connect with other women and be inspired to think about what your next chapter could look like! For our final session before the summer break we will be immersing ourselves in flowers, with an introduction to a pretty fabric project alongside delicious botanical refreshments. Textile artist Alexandra Hucks will give a taster of her new Floral Applique project, inspired by the Stellata fabric from Lewis & Wood's latest collection. We will be running this as a full day workshop in the autumn, so it's the perfect chance to get a sneak peek. We'll start the session sketching floral stems from the fabrics and real flowers. You'll then use simple applique and embroidery techniques with collaged fabric, ribbon and braid to transfer your drawings onto linen panels. Our aim for the evening is to create a beautiful single stem floral motif that's ideal for framing or to add to a larger decorative project. Please note that the examples shown above are for illustrative purposes and an indication of what can be achieved in the full day workshop. For the evening session we will be working on a smaller scale, enabling everyone to achieve a lovely piece to take home. You are also very welcome to bring along a project of your own or any from Alex's previous workshops and she will be happy to advise. Why not bring your friends (or make new ones on the night!) and immerse yourself in creativity, crafty chat and tempting refreshments - it's the ideal way to end the week. 20 places available.
