Inner Wisdom Meditation Class | Choose You Yoga Studio & Wellness Hub
Jul 16, 2025 (UTC+1)
Livingstone
The return of our Inner Wisdom Meditation class is an opportunity to relax, de-stress and welcome in positive feelings of deep love & acceptance.
Our monthly classes welcome in everyone from beginners to more experienced meditators, and each class begins by going over some simple steps to learn and enjoy Meditation. This means you don't need to be good at relaxing or know how to Meditate to come along and join in!
All Meditations are seated on chairs, but you may lie on a yoga mat if you prefer.
Each month holds a different theme, so over the year we will cover many different Meditations including Chakras, energy healing, releasing worries, Guardian Angels and improving self acceptance.
Class runs from 8pm till 9pm on the 3rd Wednesday of the month and you can keep up to date with classes via Eventbrite or our social media pages.
Regular Meditation can help you to bring peace and joy to your mind, and also to your body. When our mind is peaceful, we are free from worries and mental discomfort, and so we experience true happiness.
For many of us who hold our worries and tension in our body, meditation becomes a great opportunity to relax physically, which in turn improves our sleep & increases energy levels.
Those participating may wish to bring a light blanket, jumper or cardigan as the body has a tendency to cool during meditation .
Refunds or rescheduling requires a minimum of 24 hours notice to the start of class. No alternative or refund is provided for missed classes or no shows on the evening. Places must be booked in advance as no cash is taken on the night.
