Shipston Proms Music Festival are delighted to be bringing back the now LEGENDARY Ibiza-on-Stour night as part of the 2025 Shipston Proms Music Festival. This years headliner is the one and only JUDGE JULES! He’s one DJ that has been there, done it, and done it all again. For almost three decades Judge Jules has led the way in the world of dance music. Since kicking off his career behind the decks in 1987, Judge Jules has ticked every box, as a DJ, producer, promoter, A&R, radio presenter, taste-maker and, more recently, a music specialist lawyer. Widley recognised for influencing an entire generation with residencies on both Kiss FM and BBC Radio 1, to this day the Judge continues to be on the playlists of millions with his weekly radio show The Global Warm Up, which notches up 750,000 downloads every week via his podcast and is broadcast on over 80 stations around the world. As a pioneer of the club scene, his passion and persona behind the decks coupled with crowd connection and unrivalled track selection has earned Judge Jules a hardcore fanbase and unforgettable sets week-in week-out at the world’s most iconic clubs and festivals, including the UK’s Gatecrasher, Ministry of Sound, Global Gathering and Creamfields, as well as in countless overseas countries. Joining Judge Jules will be Escape from Samsara founder and DJ, Tim Samsara , whose energetic and uplifting trance sets have found him a firm favourite at any of our dance parties. It just wouldn’t be an Ibiza-on-Stour night without him! The epic, local DJ & our sound and lighting guy on the night, Harry Sounds , will be playing his usual style of funky dance to get us all ups and raving, with his always fun and crowd-pleasing style. The night will be started by another local DJ, Rich Harvey , who will kick off proceedings perfectly. Get there early to enjoy the summer sun (we hope!) and some amazing tunes by Rich. This event will begin at 6 pm until midnight on June 21st 2025. This is an over 18's only event. Outdoors event. Venue - Shipston Fire Station 59 Telegraph Street Shipston on Stour CV36 4DA Time - Arrival from 0845 - 0855. Course starts at 0900. Course ends approx 1330. Please do not arrive before 0845. Strictly no admittance to the course after 0900. If you arrive after this time you will not be allowed to join the course and will still be charged for the place. You will need to rebook on a later date. Parking is available on site. The trainer will open the gate for you to park at the rear of the station. It is a small area so you may need to block each other in, but you will all be leaving together at the end of the course. On arrival, please ring the bell at the front door. Trainer - Warwickshire Fire and Rescue Breaks will be arranged by the trainer during the session. You will need to bring your own drink(s) with you and also a pen and paper. Some of the assessment is carried out on a mannekin on the floor, so please advise us if this could be a problem for you. We cover several different topics of which some maybe of a sensitive nature to yourself e.g. CPR, choking. Please can you let us know in advance if this would cause you any distress, and we will contact you to discuss this prior to the da ID - You are required to bring photographic ID and must show it to the trainer when signing in. Failure to bring ID will mean you will not be permitted to attend the course and will have to re-book. You will still be charged. Communication - the course will be conducted in written and spoken English. Members of staff will be required to participate fully in the session. Mobile Phones - Please switch all mobiles phones off or place on silent for the duration of the course.
