Currently based in Ottawa, she specializes in traditional and digital mediums, specifically character design, environmental art, and both 2D/3D digital painting. Patricia holds an honours diploma in Illustration from Seneca Polytechnic, has a background in Interior Design, as well as Layout for Animation. Currently a freelance book illustrator with FriesenPress, she’s excited to share her expertise in a hands-on, engaging workshop experience for aspiring artists of all levels. MATERIALS Kuretake Gansai Tambi Watercolours: Kuretake Gansai Tambi are traditional Japanese pan watercolours that have been hand-crafted for professional artists. Let's Walk - Saul Junction | Outside The Stables Cafe

About this Event Get active and enjoy walking by water on this free 3 hour guided walk. Led by our lovely local volunteers this is a great way to be active, meet people and spend time by water. Starting and finishing outside the Stables Cafe at Saul Junction. This circular, 6 mile walk (approx 3 hours) will explore the old route of the Stroudwater Canal before returning to the start via the lakes & parkland of Frampton on Severn rejoining the Gloucester and Sharpness Canal at Fretherne bridge. Whilst the route follows recognised footpaths the surface will be muddy and uneven at times, and includes a number of stiles. It's all about meeting people so come along on your own, or bring a friend, and stay for a cup of tea afterwards if you can. We welcome well behaved dogs on a lead. Please wear comfortable shoes, weather appropriate clothing and bring a bottle of water. Please let us know if you have any requirements or concerns. Book now Please book one time slot per person. Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before your booked slot. These sessions are designed for adults and for children from seven years old upwards. Learn a bit of history or see some awesome wildlife which is around every turn on our waterways . Parents and Guardians are required to accompany their children on this walk.
