(scroll down for English) Camwch i mewn i gymysgedd llawen o eiriau yn ein Gweithdy Barddoniaeth Hwyl Amlieithog, wedi'i ysbrydoli gan ysbryd chwareus Roald Dahl a'i 'gobblefunk' rhyfeddol! Mae'r sesiwn gynnes a chroesawgar hon yn gwahodd teuluoedd a phobl sy'n caru geiriau o bob oed ac iaith. Dan arweiniad y bardd godidog Natasha Borton, mae'r antur hyfryd o wirion hon yn llawn chwerthin, gibberish, a'r farddoniaeth gyfrinachol sy'n cuddio yn eich naddion corn. Nid oes angen profiad - dim ond chwilfrydedd a chariad at iaith! Gyda'n gilydd, byddwn yn chwarae gyda synau, yn dyfeisio geiriau newydd, ac yn creu cerddi sy'n dathlu'r cymysgedd o ieithoedd a lleisiau o'n cwmpas. P'un a ydych chi'n sibrwd yn y Gymraeg, yn breuddwydio yn Arabeg, neu'n odli yn y Portiwgaleg, dewch i ddarganfod llawenydd barddoniaeth ym mhob iaith - a gadewch i'ch dychymyg hedfan! Dewch i chwarae gyda barddoniaeth, a gadewch i'ch tafod neidio i nonsens! Mae Natasha Borton yn fardd, cerddor a gwneuthurwr theatr o Gymru sydd wedi'i lleoli yn Wrecsam, Gogledd Cymru. Mae hi'n creu mannau amlieithog, cynhwysol trwy farddoniaeth a pherfformiad, gan archwilio hunaniaeth, cymuned a hud bob dydd yn aml. Fel Cyfarwyddwr Artistig Voicebox a pherfformiwr profiadol, mae hi wedi rhannu ei gwaith ledled y DU ac yn rhyngwladol. // Step into a joyful jumble of words at our Multilingual Fun Poetry Workshop, inspired by the playful spirit of Roald Dahl and his wonderful gobblefunk! This warm and welcoming session invites families and word-lovers of all ages and languages. Led by the splendiferous poet Natasha Borton, this delightfully daft adventure is bursting with giggles, gibberish, and the secret poetry hiding in your cornflakes. No experience needed—just curiosity and a love for language! Together, we’ll play with sounds, invent new words, and create poems that celebrate the mix of languages and voices around us. Whether you're whispering in Welsh, dreaming in Arabic, or rhyming in Portuguese, come discover the joy of poetry in every tongue—and let your imagination take flight! Come play with poetry, and let your tongue go skipping into nonsense! Natasha Borton is a Welsh poet, musician, and theatre-maker based in Wrexham, North Wales. She creates multilingual, inclusive spaces through poetry and performance, often exploring identity, community, and everyday magic. As Artistic Director of Voicebox and a seasoned performer, she has shared her work across the UK and internationally. Information Source: Tŷ Pawb | eventbrite

Two-Day Palaeontological Dig Experience: £99 Must be 13 plus and with an accompanying adult if under 18 Participants enjoy a two-day immersive program with direct access to expert palaeontologists and geologists. The experience includes training in fossil excavation, identification, conservation, and curation, using tools and techniques in real field conditions. Set in the scenic Welsh hills near Wrexham, the site is accessible and rich in heritage. Discovered in 2001, the Brymbo Fossil Forest contains fossilized remains of prehistoric plants like club-mosses, horsetails, and tree ferns. It is now protected and managed by the Stori Brymbo team. The Brymbo Fossil Forest site preserves a Carboniferous coal forest, offering a rare glimpse into one of the planet’s earliest rainforests. This environment was home to massive arthropods, extinct plant species, and ancient amphibians—ancestors to modern terrestrial life. We have partnered with a number of local hotels in the Wrexham area to offer exclusive preferential rates from £90 for visitors booking onto our experiences and events.
