Born prematurely at just 25 weeks, weighing a mere 1lb 11oz, Mia bravely fought for her life. Throughout this difficult time, we were fortunate to be able to stay close to her at the Bend Ronald McDonald House for 122 of those days. The impact of their support cannot be expressed in words. By participating in Mia's Marathon 5K, you have the opportunity to join us in giving back to the Bend Ronald McDonald House, whose dedication and care were pivotal in Mia's journey. All proceeds from this remarkable event will directly benefit this noble organization. Race Day Information: The event will take place on April 6, 2024, at the Weigand Family Dog Park in Redmond, Oregon. Registration Check-in will begin at 08:30, with the 5K race starting promptly at 09:00. Rain or shine, this event will go on as planned, so prepare for an unforgettable experience.
