We’re thrilled to invite you and your team to join us for an unforgettable culinary adventure blending nature, creativity, and connection. Perfect for a friends day out or date! Our upcoming wild food foraging events are designed to foster collaboration, spark inspiration, and create delicious memories. Fergus will expertly lead us around Hackney Marshes to forage for the best seasonal wild plants and mushrooms. Together we will gather different quantities of each of our desired plant and fungi whilst being careful to respect the space by foraging sensitively and sustainably. We will then return to our central base, our outdoor kitchen. Here Tevin and Fergus will help you in the creation of a range of wild pizzas to share and eat together. This is pizza reimagined! Bonus points for eating it straight from the oven under open skies. No two slices will be the same — that’s the point. Feel free to bring your own wine or beer.
