Captain Noah with the Old American Songs Perfect for a summer’s evening, this concert will be a mix of light and rhythmical music and will include Aaron Copland’s ‘Old American Songs’ and ‘Captain Noah and his Floating Zoo’ by composer, Joseph Horovitz. The choir, accompanied on the piano, will be led by their Musical Director, Jonathan Kingston. A Baritone soloist and young singers from Warriner School will perform alongside the choir for ‘Captain Noah’. Following the drumming workshop grab your pritt-stick and join us for a zine making workshop where you can make a fanzine dedicated to your favourite music, design a zine for your music crush or collage your fantasy gig. The drumming workshop will be a drop in session running from 11am-12pm with the zine workshop running after this. This is a safe space for everyone to attend.
