Mushroom Meditation | Live in Flow | St. John Baptist Cirencester
Jun 6, 2025 (UTC+1)ENDED
Cirencester
Step into stillness. Sip into presence.
Join us for our 3rd Mushroom Meditation - a unique guided experience that blends functional mushrooms, grounding meditation, and the living music of nature to help you reconnect, rebalance, and live in flow.
You’ll begin with a special blend of Flow Brew – a functional mushroom drink crafted to support focus and clarity. From there, we’ll guide you through a breath-led meditation that draws on the energy of the group, the body, and the wisdom of the natural world.
What makes this different?
The meditation is accompanied by bio-sonification — real-time music generated by mushrooms using cutting-edge technology that converts natural biofeedback into sound. It’s a truly unique experience that drops you into deeper states of awareness, guided not by words alone, but by the rhythm of nature itself.
Whether you’re looking to reset, find clarity, or explore altered states of consciousness in a safe and grounded way, this experience is designed to take you deeper.
