The Out Seer | The Vibrant Vine Winery

Jul 10, 2025 (UTC-8)
Kelowna
Concerts
Alternative
The Out Seer is a unique alt-rock indie band comprised of Ashley Pearce (vocals/guitar), Amanda Chan (vocals/keys), Davis Yates (guitar), Lachlan Tocher (bass), and Aybars Savat (drums). The band members first met while studying music at Selkirk College in Nelson, British Columbia, where they formed lasting bonds and friendships. After graduation, life’s twists and turns brought them all to Vancouver, where they continued to collaborate on various projects until Ashley finally rallied the group to focus on creating original music together as four-piece. The Out Seer’s fifth member, pianist Amanda Chan, entered the fold more recently. Aybars and Ashley initially connected with Amanda while teaching at a private music school as fellow instructors. The girls perform as a duo around town, blending piano, guitar, and vocal harmonies. When the band realized the magic that keys could bring to their sound, Amanda was the obvious choice to join the lineup. Each member of The Out Seer brings unique expertise and musical perspective to the table, creating a well-rounded and dynamic group. Collectively, they hold diplomas from Selkirk College’s Contemporary Music & Technology Program, and one member holds a Bachelor of Music from UBC. Based in the Greater Vancouver Area, they are an active and versatile ensemble, balancing a variety of gigs, recording sessions, and other musical projects out of their home base at Apricot Music Studios. The Out Seer has already built an impressive resume: they’ve toured the Okanagan, performed at multiple festivals, and played numerous gigs across the province and city. Their growing discography includes an EP, several singles, and they are currently hard at work on a brand-new album set for release in 2025. Information Source: The Vibrant Vine Winery | eventbrite
