Searching for sharks at NWT Holme Dunes (EDU FAMILY) | NWT Holme Dunes

Meet us at NWT Holme Dunes as we search for shark egg cases, more commonly known as mermaid's purses. Come along and help us identify which sharks can be found off the coast of Norfolk.
We will meet outside the visitor centre. Each family group must have at least one adult attending. There is no charge for accompanying adults.
For any events taking place during the summer holidays
, please book a timed car parking ticket per car
, once they become available on Eventbrite. NWT members and Blue Badge Holders park for free but still need to book a space; please bring your membership card and e-ticket to show on arrival. Non-members will need to pay for parking; please bring your e-ticket to show on arrival.
If you have any questions about parking, please contact the visitor centre on 01485 525240, which is open daily between 10am and 4pm.

Sea dipping at NWT Holme Dunes (EDU FAMILY) | NWT Holme Dunes

Today we will be plunging for prawns and dunking for dabs, as we go sea dipping at NWT Holme Dunes. Once we come ashore, you will be amazed by the secrets of the sea. No need for swimming costumes, we will be the ones getting wet! Please wear suitable waterproof footwear.
