Whitchurch Parish Fete returns again this year raising funds for All Hallows Church and FOWPS. This site is for stall holder booking which is set at £25 for a pitch. Last year pitches did sell out so secure these spaces fast. We saw over 800 adults attending in 2024. Please note, that we will not be accepting food or cake vendors as these are already secured. Tables and gazebos will not be supplied so we strongly encourage you to source these beforehand. Traders are expected to have suitable Public Liability Insurance in advance. All ticket sales are final and we cannot offer refunds due to the nature of the event. Joining Instructions will be provided 1 month before the event. These will be sent to the email address provided to us.
