Ponky Rockets Weekly Dirt Therapy Ride
Come join us for our
Weekly Dirt Therapy Ride
with the Ponky Rockets! This event is your chance to get down and dirty on the trails with fellow mountain biking enthusiasts. This is an Intermediate ride on Ponkapoag single track trails with roots, rocks, hills, and thrills. Usually 10-12 miles in about two hours.
We follow the "Drop2" protocol (or "second rider drop") at every intersection so nobody gets left behind and everyone rotates through the group. Lights needed in the fall/winter season.
BE AWARE: Meeting time and location may change last minute due to weather etc. so check the SE Mass NEMBA Facebook Group https://www.facebook.com/groups/semassnemba or with the ride leader Steve Cobble: 781-254-8796

Needlefelt Tapestry: Intro to Fractal Design | White River Craft Center

Spend an afternoon at the White River Craft Center exploring color and design as you create a beautiful 10”x10” tapestry. Your piece can be framed, wet felted, or transformed into a sturdy fabric for an eyeglass case, pouch, bag pocket, or other unique creation.
This workshop will focus on fractal design—a geometric approach that looks intricate and rich but is surprisingly simple to achieve. Your instructor will provide all the materials, along with inspiring examples, design ideas, and patterns to guide you. No prior experience is needed—just bring your creativity!

Cost: $100 with $25 Materials fee paid to the instructor

The Power Ups and Pints event will take place at Fort Nonsense Brewery, commencing at 6 pm and concluding at 9 pm. Your ticket includes entry to play games with other participants, a 16-bit discount on your tab, and the chance to compete for prizes such as gift cards. The first round will begin at 6 and the second round will kick off at 7:30. Prizes will be awarded to winners at 7:30 and 9. I look forward to seeing you there!
