Create Stunning Illustrations with Gouache.
Learn how to paint with gouache in this hands-on class. Whether you're new to gouache or want to improve, you'll create a finished illustration from start to finish.
You'll learn about the unique properties of gouache, get practical tips, personal guidance, and leave with your own gouache artwork.
All materials are provided. Just bring your creativity!

The PoCo Arts Council, with funding from The PoCo Foundation and the City of PoCo is putting on a free painting event!
Materials provided will be acrylic paints, brushes, palette paper, jars for water and table easels. For materials, only participants paintings can go home, supplies to be reused in future classes.

"participant" tickets are for watching the demo + painting at tables. Workshop "demo only" tickets are extra seats for those that couldn't secure "participant" tickets"

Our upcoming Introduction to Sewing Workshops are fast approaching !
This session is designed for beginners as well as more advanced makers that want to practice new techniques.
Whether you’re new to sewing or want a refresher, I will guide you step-by-step through the process to create a full project .
You will make a
Skirt or a Short.
By the end of class, you’ll walk away with a completed garment or accessories and newfound sewing skills!
Workshop Details
This Introductory to Sewing class will also review all the steps to
handle a sewing machine
.
After completion of this class, you will confidently be able to:
- thread a sewing machine and wind a bobbin.- feed the fabric through, sew in a straight line and turn corners. , sew a hem - explore the range of features and stitches on the machine.- troubleshoot common errors and be aware of them!- sew different types of seams- Use the pins, cutting your fabric properly- read patterns instruction of simple projects .
Beginners are welcome !

Fabric and notions are in addition. Our studio carries all the material needed for the workshop , feel free to come shop our Circular Textile Store
Please note that this workshop is for those aged 18 and over.
