She's on a mission to demystify PR and help small businesses to use it to build their brand, drive sales and grow their business. From This Morning to Stylist; from major podcasts to industry stages; from brand collabs to talks and panels, Pippa’s DIY PR members and 1-2-1 clients are using PR to grow their business and get known for what they do (locally and nationally!). Fancy some networking? You may like to give the Big Networking Extravaganza a try. The Big Networking Extravaganza began during Lockdown and we hold over 15 networking meetings a month along the South Coast and Into the South Downs. The Georgian, Coppa Club based in Haslemere is our latest venue- We have been given one of the lounges for a relaxed mourning of Business networking. We normally have between 10-25 businesses at all our networking meetups. Our first meeting shall be on the 14th of May from 10:00-11:45. Our meetings are the perfect opportunity for small businesses to promote themselves , collaborate and grow their network. Booking is essential and its only £5 to attend. this meeting is free for sponsors. As we grow our community we are still looking for more sponsors to support out network. One chilly April morning a stranger shows up at a commune in the Catskill Mountains, upstate New York. Conor is greeted by Liv, sixty-seven years old, mother, cancer survivor and founder of the once pilgrimage-worthy Birdeye Colony, now well past its heyday. Liv lets him stay, unaware that her two oldest friends are about to make a devastating announcement. Conor seems to offer a lifeline, but who is he really? As truths masked by free spirit push their way into the open, Liv must reassess what she asks of those she loves most. Birdeye is a novel about the choices a young woman makes in good faith, and, as she discovers fifty years later, what they cost. In her early twenties she lived and worked in a community alongside people with learning disabilities near Dover. Later she worked as a commissioning editor for Hodder before starting a family and spending several years in Ukraine and Russia. For the past eighteen years Judith has taught Creative Writing at the University of Winchester, where she runs the MA programme. Her first novel, Snegurochka is set in Kyiv in 1993 and was shortlisted for the Edward Stanford Travel Writing Awards. Birdeye is her second novel. She has also written extensively for children.
