Join Flingin Pots for a week long clay camp that promises messy hands and happy hearts. Students will spend 3 days learning the basics of wheel throwing (pulling walls, shaping and trimming pieces will all be discussed). 1 days learning basic handbuilding construction (coil, pinch and slab) and Friday painting all their creations. Completed pieces will be high fired, clear glazed and ready 1 month later for pick up. All materials are food safe, dishwasher and microwaveable. Wyoming MTB Camps Inc is thrilled to present a 2-day youth mountain bike skills clinic, July 12 and 13, 2025. The clinic is focused on beginner to intermediate riders aged 6-11. The clinic will be held at Spring Canyon Park Pavillion both days at the Spring Canyon Park Pavilion located at 2626 W Horsetooth Rd, Fort Collins, CO. Saturday June 1 (10AM-1PM) will be a skills day where we roll through skill stations in smalk groups based on age/skill level. Sunday June 2 (10AM-1PM) will be a trail ride with students breaking into small groups based on age/skill level. Bring your herd out for this ram-ed up class! With a little Flingin Pots instruction you'll handbuild a 5" ceramic Sheep!. Using pinch pots to create the body, students will construct a hollow body, roll clay into a decorative spirial wool coat and create embellishments to make a Ewe for Ewe!
