Come for a one hour appointment for your Functional Fitness MOT and see how well you are ageing. Join us at Banchory Ternan West Parish Church of Scotland and we'll offer you a series of functional tests to give you an idea of how your fitness compares to your peers. The results of these tests will be used to discuss the different components of functional fitness and highlight your strengths and weaknesses. You will have time to discuss your findings with us and create an action plan with a view to improving your outcomes.
