Research indicates that fostering an environment of psychological safety (PS) can yield significant benefits: Productivity: High-performing teams are 2.5 times more likely in environments with psychological safety (Google's Project Aristotle). Turnover: Employees are 32% less likely to consider leaving their company (Harvard Business Review). Health: A reduction of 13% in sick days (Gallup). Burnout: 56% report high stress without PS, compared to only 19% with PS (Amy C. Edmondson, The Fearless Organization). This interactive workshop explores the importance of psychological safety, how to cultivate it, and the crucial role HR professionals play in the process. As Peter Drucker noted, "Culture eats strategy for breakfast," underscoring the profound impact of team culture on overall success. By the end of this workshop, you'll gain practical strategies for building a culture of psychological safety within your team and organization. The workshop will be presented by Brett Larson from Humessence, LLC.
