This camp runs from 09:00-16:00 Monday - Friday This is a multi-activity week where young people will take part in Skiing, Tubing, Multi Activity Games, a taste of Snowboarding and a half-day out with Adventure Aberdeen for an adventurous activity! Please note this camp is for children aged 6 - 12 years old. To celebrate the arrival of the Tall Ships to Aberdeen, learn how to sing popular sea shanties and songs from across the globe in this sea shanty workshop led by Sarah Boyle, leader of the Harbour Voices Choir. Basic bike control lessons for young children. Get tips and hints from our instructors to bypass stabilisers and gain confidence quickly to carry on after the session. Children can bring their own bike or ride our balance bikes and/or bikes. Please remove stabilisers before attending the session. Children do not need to be able to ride prior to the course. • Participants are required to bring an energy packed snack and no fizzy drinks • Required medication must accompany the participant In the past parents have brought along their babies and toddlers, this has proved to be unsuitable as you will need to give your child your undivided 1:1 attention to get the most out of the session. Explore simple watercolour techniques with artist Emma Wilson, then go on to create your own work inspired by the Fittie Sheds or sea views. Loosen your artistic muscles and find inspiration and confidence through the art of watercolour painting. All materials will be provided. The session will begin with a short walk around Fittie (weather permitting!).
