Nous donnons la parole au vivant dans toute sa diversité. Déjà le public mais aussi par exemple : les arbres, les oiseaux, les enfants.
LE PRÉSIDENT : le président de l’entreprise qui a réuni les directeurs.
Son objectif c’est la pérennité de son entreprise familiale dans les Vosges. Il est tendu par les chiffres. Sa façon de réagir c’est toujours de référer à son père qui était apprécié a la direction.
LA DIRECTRICE RSE (responsabilité sociale et environnementale de l’entreprise) : Son objectif c’est de préserver les forêts : les arbres comme la faune. Ce qu’elle faisait à l’office national des forêts (poste a paris , dans des bureaux, peut d’expérience de terrain) avant d’être embauchée par le président. A ce poste, elle souhaite avoir plus d’impact dans le monde économique sur la biodiversité.
LE DIRECTEUR FINANCIER : Son objectif c’est les ventes qui génèrent des profits si on garde les couts bas. Il a un profil “carré, rigide,” un peu comme un comptable ou un ingénieur. Ce qui ne se chiffre pas, n’existe pas. Et 1 + 1 ne fait pas 3.
LA DIRECTRICE RH (ressources humaines) : Son objectif : elle veut préserver l’emploi (avec des salaires permettant de recruter) et améliorer la qualité de vie au travail qui s’est un peu dégradé. Elle joue souvent le role de médiateur pour que les directeurs se parlent mais elle elle n’aime pas le conflit et quand c’est très tendu elle tente des blagues qui sont drôles mais tombent au mauvais moment.
Entités arbre, enfant, oiseau : Ils cherchent tous à exprimer des voix qu’on écoute moins. Si ils nous touchent de façon émotionnelle, ils expriment aussi des éléments intelligents qui nous font réfléchir, y compris dans le monde de l’entreprise, forcément économique mais pas forcément anti écologique.

Je veux dire ça se confirme, non ? Avec tout ce qui se passe. Dans le monde. Avec les USA, l’Ukraine, maintenant la Chine. L’écologie c’est pas la priorité. De ce qu’ils disent ! Ils ont déjà oublié le COVID, les feux de forêts (même en Californie), les canicules ? Mars a été le mois le plus chaud. C’était il y a 15 jours. C’est jamais le moment ! Le Jour du dépassement de la Terre pour la France tombe cette année 16 jours plus tôt qu’en 2024. C’était il y a quelques jours, le 19 avril 2025 ! C’est quand le bon. moment ?
A chaque fois, c’est la même chose : on regarde les chiffres des ventes dans toutes les réunions, on assiste aux réunions, on s’interroge, parfois on fait semblant, mais tout le monde en parle autour de nous, les ventes. Quand c’est pas les ventes, c’est les dépenses. Maintenant ils coupent dans tous les budgets. Il faut jongler. Faire des hypothèses, gérer les priorités et trouver quoi répondre aux équipes pour ne pas les inquiéter. Parfois on a envie de répondre très vivement parce qu’on a tous nos convictions. Mais on ne veut pas se fâcher avec eux même si ces sujets-là peuvent devenir brûlants. Parce qu’on est comme animés, on sait qu’on a de très bonnes raisons de penser au climat, l’eau, de soutenir la biodiversité et de soutenir l’humanité (et déjà nos équipes) !
L’état dans lequel ça nous met. C’est viscéral, non ? Et puis, une fois en face du mur, on se tait. Et voilà. Et après? On rentre chez nous pas très fiers face à sa famille, ses enfants. Parfois le samedi ses amis. On en parle pas. Chut. On a fait ce qu’on a pu. Ils vont dans le mur. Mais ils ne veulent pas le voir tant qu’ils ne sont pas au pied du mur. Pourtant il faudrait changer de business model maintenant. Plutôt basculer dans l’inconnu que de courir à sa perte quand pour le coup c’est un fait connu. A la perte de tout ce qu’on aime. Ce qu’on va faire ensemble ce soir, c’est changer le cours des choses. Faire basculer BABY BOIS, entreprise des Vosges de jouets en bois pour enfants. Vous allez tout d’abord écouter leurs échanges sans intervenir. Ils sont sur scène, vous êtes dans les gradins. Puis je vais faire venir sur scène ceux qu’on écoute pas. Non pas vous. Pas tout de suite. D’abord un arbre. Il nous regarde vivre depuis 50 ans avant de tomber pour un jouet d’enfant. Un enfant justement, va leur parler, un enfant qui joue et qui pleure et qui rit. Puis un oiseau perché dans un arbre. Non pas celui qui est tombé. Lui il s’envole au dessus des nuages parce qu’il fait toujours beau au dessus des nuages.
Puis ca sera votre tour de venir sur scène pour intervenir dans cette entreprise Nous réussirons peut être tous ensemble à faire basculer cette entreprise dans un modèle d’affaires régénératif. Tous ensemble grâce à vous. Essayons. C’est important je compte sur vous.

On y met notre coeur et nos talents de comédiens (vous voyez de quoi on parle ?). Mais l’idée c’est de s’inspirer du théatre forum, du théatre de présence sociale et de la médiation sociale et environnementale pour mettre en place un dispositif d’intervention dans les comités de direction. A leur demande. Oui ce n’est pas perdu. Il reste quelques personnes qui veulent vivre bien sur terre. Passer de la prédation à la régénération. Ils ne savent pas comment s’y prendre, comment mobiliser le collectif. Dans cette intervention plus de comédiens. Juste nous et eux. Nos corps. Nos coeurs. Nous à nu. Face à la nature dont nous faisons partie. Comme quand nous sommes nés sur terre.

At dance camp, our mini dancers will get an introduction to dance, play fun games as a team, and learn routines to perform for parents on the last day of camp! Participants will learn a routine to perform as the halftime show at an upcoming home Althoff football game (Date TBD). All participants will receive a camp t-shirt. Coach: Carlin Little We invite our 6-8th grade dancers interested in dancing in high school to come to our 3-day clinic. Participants will learn technique and skills typically seen at the high school level, learn styles in pom, jazz, lyrical, and hip hop, and learn what it's like to be a member of the Althoff dance team from current members and coaches! We will cover turn and leap techniques, as well as introduce participants to proper Pom technique. Participants will learn a sideline routine to perform with the dance team at the homecoming football game this Fall!
