Warwickshire’s Country Parks Ranger Service offer a range of exciting outdoor, wildlife and adventure themed parties, set in two of Warwickshire’s beautiful Country Parks for children aged 3+. All the wildlife activity equipment and activity materials needed for the parties is provided and set up. Try our mud painting, making homes for woodland animals, discovery digging and creating mud pies. These activities are based on Forest Schools principles. 2: Dens 5yrs + Take on the team challenge of buildings a den in the woods. Can you camouflage it? Will it stand up? Will it be waterproof? Come and have a go! 3: Pond dipping (April-October) 5yrs + Take a closer look into our pond and discover the weird and wonderful creatures that live there. Use our dipping nets, trays, magnifying pots and guides to catch and identity what is about. 4: Minibeast hunting (April–October) 5yrs + Take a closer look into our long grass, on trees and bushes and under logs and discover the weird and wonderful creatures that live there. All about Forest school is a child centred outdoor learning experience which encourages holistic growth and development in the outdoors for children & adults. Play, controlled risk and nature exploration are key to the process.
