Sutherland , for T he Wings of Fire FanWing Fest . At this one-day festival (running from 9AM-5PM), FanWings will be transported to the world of Dragons as they dive into exciting activities, photo opportunities, in-depth book discussions, and the camaraderie of their fellow book lovers. Admission to the FanWing Fest event space and photo line with Tui T. Sutherland . Please be advised that children should attend with adult supervision. Staff present are there to run the event, not supervise individual children. There will be a photo opportunity with Tui T. Sutherland. This will be organized by which tribe you are sorted into at check-in. The first group begins their session at 10 AM. Masks are recommended but not required. All tickets include a copy of THE DRAGONET PROPHECY: LIMITED EDITION (WoF #1) that is PRE-SIGNED. Other books by the author and merchandise will be for sale at the event. There will be no signing at the event. Due to health and safety and space limitations, those without a ticket will not be permitted into the event space. _______________________________________________________________________________________ FANWING FEST OVERVIEW: FanWings will be met with dragons, color, and receive an invitation to unleash their creative energy as they enter the event space. At check-in, FanWings will receive their book, a laminate with lanyard, and a sticker that will designate their tribe. The laminate will include an activity list and “Find the Dragon Eggs Scavenger Hunt” instructions. Once FanWings are checked in, they will participate in different activity stations that will be branded to represent the first five tribes. As each activity is completed, a ribbon will be given to attach to the laminate. Larger activities, such as trivia and the costume parade, are slated throughout the day. Your photo opportunity with Tui is denotated by which tribe you are sorted into at check-in. Check-in begins at 9 AM. The day ends at 5 PM. A final schedule will be posted at the venue the day of the event. ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES No memorabilia will be signed at the event. No large bags will be permitted into the event. Strollers are permitted. Ticket holders will be admitted into the event beginning at 9AM the day of the event. Please have a copy of your ticket available (either printed out or on your phone) for check in. We recommend arriving by 10AM to ensure you do not miss any planned activities. You may arrive throughout the day but may not have the opportunity to participate in earlier group activities. All event guidelines are subject to change.
