Come join us for a transformative experience with Wild Raven Breathwork! This small-group in-person event will take you on a journey of self-discovery and healing through the power of breath. As a certified and trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, I will guide you through various breathing patterns designed to help you release stress, expand your awareness, and connect deeply with your body. Intentionally kept to an intimately-sized group, this allows me to be more intentional and guide you to a deeper level of clarity and awareness. No experience necessary, just bring an open mind and willingness to choose in. A session would look a little something like this: gentle movement to loosen up your bod/mind getting comfy listening to music whilst I talk you through a guided session following a pattern of breathing that I'll walk you through feeling some feels emoting some emotions a short, relaxing, guided meditation time and space to just "be" room to journal about what came up for you a new, refreshed take on the moment guidance on integration going forward Sessions look a little different every time, and are experienced a little differently by every individual. Come join us to create your own spring flower scape! Will you decide on some bright poppy flowers or calming lavender? So many great flowers to choose from! Students will receive a clear glass base and you will use frit, stringer, and confetti to create your Spring artwork. Tickets include instruction on glass fusing, and how to use different glass mediums. This class is great for artist of all ages, children under 10 must be accompanied by adult.
