AI in HR - How to make it work most effectively for you and your organisation? AI is changing the way organisation’s work and HR is no exception, it can save you time, reduce admin, and help you focus on what really matters - your people. Andrew Whyatt-Sames and Lucy Pitt from UptakeAI will starts us off, sharing AI trends and policy changes that affect HR professionals. We’ll also explore how HR teams can work with collaboratively across the organisation to ensure AI adoption is smooth and effective. Rounding off the session, we’ll hear from Anna Tanner , Head of Employee Experience, who'll share her experience of bringing AI into Flagship Housing—the highs, the lows, and the learns from the experience.
