A day-long symposium at the nexus of marine, fishery, and genomic science. Please join us for an engaging day of science and discussion, with a fantastic lineup of speakers. This year's forum will be held on Thursday, November 5th at Cruiseport Gloucester, 6 Rowe Square. Doors will open at 8:00a, followed by a welcome address at 8:45a and the first talk at 9a. Please check back for information on our speaking program. NEW THIS YEAR! Submit an abstract for the chance to present a Lightning Talk. This year's Forum will include a 45 minute block of Lightning Talks. Interested attendees are encouraged to submit an abstract, and 8 will be selected to present their 5-minute Lightning Talk to the Science Forum audience. Abstracts must be submitted by September 15th, and if selected, you will be notified by October 5th. There is an optional text box where you can submit your abstract during the registration process. Daffodil Festival where you will Watch the parade. Meet the Daffodil Festival Queen and the scholarship winner. Tour the internationally known farms at Brent & Becky's Bulbs. Enjoy the rides and games. Take part in a talk on gardening, shop our many vendors, listen to a Live Music performance or have a tasty treat and get your face painted. Exhibitor will showcase a festival to celebrate the heritage of Gloucester and the daffodil industry, to promote a positive image of the county to surrounding areas, to encourage tourism, to promote the beautification of the county, to provide a family atmosphere and to encourage involvement of civic organizations and individuals in the festival which will create a sense of community.
