Once a year, we gather together and hold the RPI Education Investor Field Training - Bus Tour! It is a very intensive, complete, hands on training with some of the hottest real estate investors and the incredible team here at RPI Education.
As you may or may not know, our goal is to provide YOU the most real, USEFUL information possible to help you grow your business and generate the wealth that you are wanting and needing. THERE IS NO BETTER WAY TO TEACH THIS than to walk you through REAL properties, REAL deals, and REAL money being generated!
Here is what is included:
Class Room Sessions
We will begin this workshop in the classroom where our Barrie Real Estate specialist, Colby Marshall, will reveal his multi-family home conversion strategy that he is implementing in Barrie, Wasaga Beach and Orillia. He will walk you through this investment model , step by step , solidifying your numbers and learning the steps to creating an investment model.
On The Bus!
We then spend the rest of the day in the field, visiting construction properties at various stages in Barrie, discussing deals, numbers, improvements, structure and more. HANDS ON TRAINING with real deals and real people helping you through the way.
