Come join us for a morningfilled with insightful discussions and learning about the importance of
orthodontics

airway health
in dental patients.
COURSE OBJECTIVES:
Define the spectrum of Sleep Disordered Breathing (SDB)
Review of basic airway-related anatomy and the anthropological basis for today’s airway problems
Learn the risk factors for SDB and learn to identify at risk patients
Review of the role of orthodontics in treating SDB
Orthodontic Treatments: Detail various orthodontic interventions that can help improve airway health, including braces, expanders, and surgical options.
Case review. Discuss clinical outcomes that illustrate the effectiveness of orthodontic treatments in enhancing airway functionality.
