We are delighted to invite you to our 2024/25 End-of-Season Awards Evening—a fantastic opportunity to come together and celebrate the hard work, dedication, and achievements of our players over the past season. This year, we are running the event slightly differently to ensure a great experience for everyone. Event Details📅 Thursday, 12th June Squads: JPL U12, U13, U14, U15 📍 Venue: The Green Room, Easton College ⏰ Time: 6:00 PM – 8:30 PM What to Expect🏆 Awards Presentations – Each squad will have a dedicated time slot in the presentation room to receive their individual and age-group-specific awards. More details on awards and voting will be shared after the Easter holidays. 🎉 Event Hub & Activities – The Green Room will be the central hub of the evening, filled with fun games, competitions, and socializing. As in previous years, there will be various activities to help raise funds for new academy equipment. ☕ Refreshments – Easton College will have their snack bar open, offering a selection of hot and cold drinks, as well as snacks. Tickets🎟 All attendees, including players, will need a ticket to attend. Date & Schedule: Monday, June 16-Thursday, June 19 8:30 a.m. - Registration/Daily Check In 9 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. - Basketball Activity 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. - Camper provided lunch 12:30 p.m. - 3 p.m. - Basketball Activity Cost: $150 per camper (Includes T-Shirt) by June 1st; $175 per camper (includes t-shirt) after June 1st Ages of Campers: Kindergarten-8th grade Location: Arcadia University, Alumni Gymnasium and Multi Purpose Center Overview: The Arcadia Men's and Women's Basketball teams are hosting a youth camp for any interested kindergarten through eighth grader. The camp will teach some basic skill work and provide fun competition opportunities for all campers. Easton Rd., Glenside, PA 19038 Checks made payable to: Arcadia Women’s Basketball Registration Information: Online: Register and pay online then mail “Photograph and Publicity Release” and “Indemnity Agreement” to the camp director prior to the camp. Paper: Complete registration form then mail check along with “Photograph and Publicity Release” and “Indemnity Agreement” to the camp director prior to the camp. Refund Policy: Campers unable to attend camp are entitled to a refund. A $25 administrative fee will be deducted, regardless of the reason. Refund requests must be submitted in writing PRIOR to the first day of the camp session in which the camper was originally enrolled. No refunds for any reason (i.e. injury, illness) will be given once a camper is on campus. Medical Policy: Each participant should have his or her own medical insurance. A certified trainer will always be available. Waiver forms must be completed prior to camp. Food and Snacks: Campers can bring non-perishable snacks and drinks to camp. All food and drinks should be easily contained and packaged to avoid leaks, spills, etc. Camp staff will not store or hold any food or drinks brought to camp by a camper. Water will be available throughout the day for campers. Drop off and Pick Up: All campers are required to sign in at check-in and sign out prior to leaving each day. Campers who drive themselves will be permitted to leave once they sign out for the day. Campers who did not drive must be signed in by the person dropping them off and signed out by an authorized person listed on the registration form. Questions pertaining to pickup and drop off locations should be directed to the camp director before the camp begins. Behavior and Conduct: Campers are expected to conduct themselves in an acceptable manner as guests of Arcadia University and comply with the rules and regulations which govern the conduct of traditional students on campus. We’re teaming up with the Swingle Foundation to support LGBTQ youth in our community—and they’re also helping us connect with local restaurants for a post-ride social at a nearby spot. We’ll cruise 10 miles along the local rail trail, soaking up good vibes the whole way. Bring the fun and show your Pride! Decorate your bike, rock your brightest Pride colors, or come in costume. Pride is about celebrating who you are and standing up for love, inclusion, and visibility—so come as your boldest, brightest self. Helmets are required. Bring the whole crew—let’s ride!
