There's also the option to take a dip in the sauna & plunge to reset, before we ride the next wave together! 🔥 Chapter 3 - Live Jam & Community Connection: The afternoon flows into a powerful jam session, where live musicians create spontaneous magic and (we invite you to do the same!). Whether you bring an instrument, your voice, or simply your presence, this is a space to co-create and celebrate in sound. PLUS 💦 Wild Spa Experience: Take a moment for yourself and stop by the &Soul Wild Spa. Hop in the sauna or take a plunge in an ice bath, or gather around the outdoor fire for a moment of connection.
