I know what drains a lot of my energy personally is performance pressure. This is where it's not about the process, it's about the results. You have to get results. Deadlines must be met, tasks must be performed, dinner must be cooked. Sometimes it feels like there's no space to just relax and not have to ‘do’ for once! Where can you let yourself off the performance hook? So let's spend some time together ‘in the now’, present, and enter into a group flow play state where you don't have to worry about anything else for 3 hours. There's no way you need to show up or present yourself, and no results that need to be achieved, you can just have fun and play for its own sake. Come laugh, learn new games, and meet new people!
