Long linear walk offering the most amazing panoramic views of the Peak District national park. We will also have the pleasure to walk through the beautiful and peaceful Lady Clough coniferous forest. This walk starts from Hope and terminates at Edale. This hike requires a good level of fitness. We need to keep a reasonably fast pace all day.If you think this hike is too long or hard, you are welcome to join and make it shorter. If you look at the route you will see that it is possible to take few shortcuts. If you need help with this, please let me know and I will explain you the possible shortcuts.If you have knee pain when walking downhill, try using hiking poles.We will walk through paths for most of the day, but we might be also off paths for a short time.It might be very windy and cold when we are on top of the hills. So you will need to bring some warm clothes with you.Be aware that in case of bad weather this event might be canceled or postponed.Any important news or updates before the event will be sent to you by email.The actual date and time of this walk might change slightly. It will be confirmed few weeks before it takes place.This hike will be lead by one or more experienced hikers.
