Join GFAG Director/Curator Tim van Wijk for an engaging, hands-on introduction to the secrets of art installation. This workshop will cover the mechanics of installation hardware, the logistics of salon style and other exhibition layout strategies, the shockingly simple maths behind hanging on centres, as well as leveling tips and tricks – all to ensure that your art looks great on any wall. Participants will co-curate and install an exhibition in the Art Rental and Sales Gallery. Gallery members are eligible to purchase 2 tickets at the member price. Lucas Meyers has created a one-man show that brings to life a variety of characters inspired by the people and experiences of Grand Forks, BC.
