6th International Health Care Reform Thought Leaders Meeting | Møller Institute
Jul 24, 2025 (UTC+1)
Cambridge
Having recovered from the challenges of our 5th IHCR conference in March 2020 -which saw us moving a 250-delegate conference in Sydney, to a wholly online conference within 5 days - we are back!
The theme for 2025 is truly international – exploring and challenging the failings of health systems globally as they espouse reform whilst continuing increasingly complex, inefficient and outdated models of care, out-of-step with their community’s needs.
Having moved from Washington to Brisbane then Sydney we are delighted to host the 2025 meeting in Cambridge - a fitting setting to explore evidence, innovate and network closely with global thought-leaders. Our Keynote speakers are exemplars in what can be achieved despite the many barriers to reform and will challenge and inspire us to influence change in our own sectors.
Join us on Thursday 24 and Friday 25 July 2025!

Last Gang in Town present THE MENSTRUAL CRAMPS + PUSSYLIQUOR | The Blue Moon
Jul 19, 2025 (UTC+1)
Cambridge
LAST GANG IN TOWN present THE MENSTRUAL CRAMPS + PUSSYLIQUOR
THE MENSTRUAL CRAMPS -
We are excited to bring the loud, antifascist, anti-racist, pro-choice, intersectional, feminist DIY queer punks The Menstrual Cramps back to Cambridge!
Founded in a bedroom in Bristol in 2016, The Menstrual Cramps have gone a long way since their first cycle. Politics on the brain and injustices surrounding them, they jumped ship to a dive in London and recorded their debut album ‘We’re Not Ovaryacting’ on distorted acoustic guitars, calling on the world to ‘Save the Badgers’, and ‘Cull the Tories’. Their debut music video for ‘My Bush Ain’t Ur Business’ was removed from YouTube after some trolls reared their ugly heads and didn’t want women to reclaim their own breasts or bodies.
With their mission to ‘Make Girls Feel Good’, empower all womxn and end inequality and injustices across the world, The Menstrual Cramps are part of new era of musicians giving women, men and everyone outside or in between a fresh taste of feminist punk heritage.
PUSSYLIQUOR –
Pure uncensored female rage from the south coast is on its way to Cambridge! Originally formed in 2015, Brighton's Pussyliquor initially bonded over a shared passion for hardcore music and even harder core feminist beliefs.
They have the no-nonsense and in-your-face approach that recalls the spirit and energy of L7 and The Slits. Known for crafting politically charged (and amusing) anthems, Pussyliquor’s music is a heartfelt nod to DIY punk and female empowerment.
Putting the amp in tampon, raising estrogen levels wherever they go, expect an unapologetic, cheerfully obscene and intense live performance at the Blue Moon!
Dousing punk rock with a tank full of petrol, this kick ass band are one of the most fun and filthy freedom-fighting feminist punk bands of this generation. It is dayglo, instant punk with a sense of humour and a pop sensibility.

In this tactile workshop, we will be discussing the ins and outs of resin art and create an eye-catching and functional serving tray. Under the guidance of your artist host, you will decorate an Acacia wood tray with resin, add color, and work in 'sea wave' swirls. Yes, resin that has hardened is indeed food safe! To preserve the smooth surface, we recommend handwashing with non-abrasive cleaner. We also do not recommend soaking the dish because wood can expand.

About
Reefs of Time
How fossilized reefs hold clues to the survival of corals in the Anthropocene
With rising global temperatures, pollution, overfishing, ocean acidification, and other problems caused by humans, there’s no question that today’s coral reefs are in trouble. As predictions about the future of these ecosystems grow increasingly dire, scientists are looking in an unlikely place for new ways to save corals: the past. The reefs of yesteryear faced challenges too, from changing sea level to temperature shifts, and understanding how they survived and when they faltered can help guide our efforts to help ensure a future for reefs.
Lisa Gardiner weaves together the latest cutting-edge science with stories of her expeditions to tropical locales to show how fossils and other reef remains offer tantalizing glimpses of how corals persisted through time, and how this knowledge can guide our efforts to ensure a future for these remarkable organisms. Gardiner takes readers on an excursion into “the shallow end of deep time”—when marine life was much like today’s yet unaffected by human influence—to explore the cities of fossilized limestone left behind by corals and other reef life millennia ago. The changes in reefs today are unlike anything ever seen before, but the fossil record offers hope that the coral reefs of tomorrow can weather the environmental challenges that lie ahead.
A breathtaking journey of scientific discovery,
Reefs of Time
reveals how lessons from the past can help us to chart a path forward for coral reefs struggling for survival in an age of climate crisis and mass extinction.

How it works
When you arrive at the best venue in town you’ll be met by our friendly host. After a quick introduction explaining the night, you'll be straight onto your first date.
Each date will last around 4 minutes, the perfect amount of time to get to know someone and not that long to just have a chat, if not.
Girls stay at the same table throughout the evening and guys move around the room.
The following day you can select your matches, 'yes' 'no' or 'friend' and by 5pm you'll find out who you've matched with and be off on a date in no time. It's really that simple.
We'll have a short break halfway through for you to top up your drinks.
After the event
Once everyone has met everyone your host will round up the event but that doesn't mean the night is over, there will be plenty of time to chat some more after the event.
