Venue and Parking:
This series will be hosted at ECO City Farms' Edmonston Farm. In case of inclement weather or unanticipated conflicts, the secondary location with be the Town of Edmonston's Recreation Center (5100 Tanglewood Dr, Hyattsville, MD 20781).
The farm is located at the end of Crittenden Street and there are only a couple of spaces available directly in front of the farm. Vehicles can also park along the curb in front of the playground, please park in a manner that does not block other vehicles. There is also street parking around the Edmonston neighborhood. Do not worry about the "Permit Parking Only" signs, we have let the Town of Edmonston and the Police Dept know about the classes and they will not be ticketing. Our Summer Academy is five days of non-stop entertainment and learning that kids will love. This program includes all of the components that make up the great game of golf. From chipping, putting and full swing, to the rules and etiquette, kids will learn everything they need to know to improve their game. Each Academy is taught in a fun, relaxed atmosphere and is staffed with a low student-to-instructor ratio to ensure each Junior Golfer receives in-depth, hands-on attention while he or she develops a winning golf swing.
