The Homebuyer Education Class is a 6-hour fun and interactive class covering topics on: Preparing for homeownership Fair Housing Advantages and disadvantages of homeownership Shopping for a home Low-cost ways to get into homeownership The process for applying for a mortgage Prepurchase and closing processes And more! This two part class is held in person on Tuesday, April 29 from 6pm-9pm, and the second part of the class is Thursday, May 1 from 6pm-9pm. Certificates will be granted directly to you to pass onto a lender or program staff. We will keep records of your attendance as verification. Spring into Life is an evening of educating, motivating, and involving people in the local prolife movement.
