Be led, by Nathan, through dance/movement exercises that allow you to express yourself freely in a non-judgmental space. You do not necessarily need to be a dancer, as the movement is up to you, just an open, inquisitive and creative human. These 1 hour sessions are for you to collaboratively engage in led movement based improvisation, with a mix of exercises, visualisation, concepts, meditation, choreography, games, and exploration. These 1 hour sessions vary each week in theme and structure, with new concepts and exercises introduced to excite your mind and body connection. Nathan is also an Advanced Lvl 3 Reiki practitioner, and has been working with Reiki for over six years. This training in healing and energy influences his dance practice and teaching, adding another level of understanding about the body and mind connection.
