1-day Watercolour painting workshop Join us for an engaging 4-hour watercolour workshop suitable for all skill levels! This hands-on experience will guide you through essential techniques to ignite your creativity and enhance your skills. You’ll learn the fundamentals of using the watercolour materials along with a range of techniques, laying a solid foundation for your art. We'll provide traditional watercolour sets and Brusho, a vibrant ink powder that creates stunning effects, allowing you to explore various painting styles. Pens and Posca markers will also be provided to enhance your ink and watercolour blends. Guided exercises will encourage experimentation with layering, blending, and texturing to help you uncover your artistic style. By the end of the session, you’ll create a work of art to take home that reflects the techniques learned. Join us for a day of creativity and artistic exploration! About Sally-Ann Sally-Ann Johns, a graduate of Gray’s School of Art in Aberdeen with a BA (Hons) in Design and Craft and a Masters in Product and Furniture from Edinburgh College of Art, and founder and instructor of Studio 48.
