International Women's Day- Spoken Word Poetry and Live Music Evening | Fuel Cafe Bar

Join us upstairs at Fuel on Sunday 9th March at 7pm for an exciting evening of spoken word poetry and live acoustic music by Manchester-based creatives on the subject of International Women's Day. The event will provide a warm and friendly space to explore an interesting array of diverse perspectives on womanhood from people across the gender spectrum, as well as featuring intimate musical performances from predominantly female identifying artists and composers. Come along to support an evening of captivating performances, or sign up to take part yourself; we can promise a bar downstairs in the venue, and a welcoming atmosphere! We are booking a limited amount of places on the Peaceful play session at Oxygen, Wilmslow trampoline and soft play activity park. This session is a public session exclusively for children with Autism or sensory needs so we will book and pay for a group of children to come along with us. The sessions are quieter with limited numbers, softer lighting and no music or announcements. The entrance fee will be covered by us and we will have a member of staff to help and encourage the children, but we will ask parents to stay at the venue in case of any emergency issues. There is a cafe at then venue so you are welcome to sit and talk to other parents and enjoy some time to yourselves.
