Our 5th Annual Golf Outing and Silent Auction is September 20th, 2025! This is our biggest fundraiser of the year! Last year, we were able to raise almost $17,000 for the animals in our care! We are so grateful! These funds help support our medical needs for about 5 months. Isn't that amazing? Without generous attendees like you, none of that would be possible. We sure hope you'll join the par-tee this year so we can continue to help more animals in our community. Please read on for event details! Registration is at 9am with a shotgun start at 10am with a quick afternoon lunch included. Dinner to follow at 4pm. We will have 50/50 raffles, a silent auction and raffle baskets! NEW THIS YEAR! We now offer a single golfer option! We tend to get a few single golfers each year and you will be paired with a fellow golfer. If you're not a golfer, no problem! You can come for just dinner and still participate in the FUN! Information Source: Wild & Free Rescue | eventbrite

StrongFirst Bodyweight Instructor Certification SFB features the classic strength triad—a push, a pull, a squat. The one-arm pushup, the tactical pullup, the pistol. The bodyweight powerlifts. You will learn beginner to advanced progressions in the big three plus several other key exercises: The Push: One-Arm/One-Leg Pushup, Wall Supported Handstand Pushup The Pull: Tactical Pullup, Hard Style Hanging Leg Raise, Front Lever The Squat: Pistol Our goal is to make you come away from the StrongFirst Bodyweight Strength Instructor Certification stronger and wiser. You should be able to take a look at a great many strength feats and exercises—and quickly reverse-engineer them. You might not be able to do them yet—but you will know exactly how to train for them. With the millions of degrees of freedom possible for our bodies, it is an endless and pointless process to catalogue a multitude of exercises and their variations: giving you the fish and making you dependent to come back for more. Instead, we will teach you how to fish. Once you have internalized the universal principles of strength, you will be able to quickly apply them to any new strength or gymnastic skills. “The knowledge of some principles easily compensates for the ignorance of some facts.” This quote by philosopher Claude Helvétius appeared in the late Prof. Yuri Verkhoshansky’s last book. It perfectly sums what we do at the StrongFirst Bodyweight Strength Instructor Certification. Visit our StrongFirst Bodyweight Instructor Certification page for more details. Read the StrongFirst Bodyweight Strength Instructor Certification requirements . STAY SHARP. STAY STRONGFIRST CERTIFIED. Take advantage of the Unified Recertification and renew your current instructor credentials—included with your registration. Testing will be completed during the weekend.
